We provide all valuable resources to support your operation. You can also get in contact with us under the different support arrangements available.

If you are currently not subscribed to our services, contact us to evaluate the alternatives available. You might also like to glance through the demonstration section we've assembled, but bear in mind that they just showcase a very small piece of what our knowledge and base has to offer.

Interactive Support

The first thing you might want to do is to search through our knowledge base to find out if the question or issue you have at hand was already solved and documented.

This might also be applicable if you are looking for a simple and direct guide on how to use your equipment or would like to get a first impression on a prospective purchase.

  • Online Forums. We've set up online forum boards so as a community we can ask and respond to the most common questions our customers and users have. We are continuously ensuring the best answers are kept current. Have a glance through it, as your issue might be there.
  • The Videos Library. Here you have a complete and ever increasing set of videos where we explain and advice on GIS Mapping equipment and best practices.
  • The Documents Repository. Here you have a repository of information, including documents, audio records, datasheets, manuals and guides organized by categories to simplify your access to information.

Remote support

If what you are looking for was not found in the interactive support section, then you can go ahead and contact us for Remote Support services.

If you contracted with us for remote support, then keep at hand your remote support checklist so we can easily run through the remote connection procedures if necessary. If this is your first time with us, bear in mind that this are paid services.

On Site Support

When the situation requires that an expert visit your site so he or she can tackle what's going on and get hands at it, then it might be time for on site services. Contact us so we can arrange for a visit.
