Arrow Case Study: High-accuracy GNSS for Vineyard Mapping

A prime vineyard located in California presented Eric Gakstatter with an interesting project. The vineyard landowners needed to track and monitor over 500,000 vines in order to get the highest quality product and quickly address any biosecurity issues, irrigation and drainage problems. The legacy paper-based system had become an exhaustive task.

Learn how they partnered an Eos Arrow Gold with ArcGIS QuickCapture for large scale data management reducing costs and eliminating a labour intensive task to accurately map, track inspection data, records and images for each vine.
